The Artisan™ 29″ Countertop Pizza Oven complements your outdoor kitchen by expanding the versatility of your menu. Jam-packed with cutting-edge features and functionality, you can expect your pizza oven to exceed expectations by providing:

  • U-Burner Heating System — in tandem with the rear burner, this stainless steel heating system sits under the ceramic hearth slab and provides efficient preheating and even heat distribution.
  • Removable Oven Door + Internal Halogen Lights — allow you to monitor your food while maintaining the oven’s internal temperature.
  • Air Cooling Curtain — special air-cooling plenum that blasts cool air behind the control panel to keep the front system cool to touch.
  • Versatile, Usable Cooking Surface — this oven offers a total of 447 square inches of usable cooking surface, making it large enough to bake a standard 14-inch pizza.
  • Hot Surface Ignition — premium electronic ignition provides simple and easy lighting every time
