The Alfresco™ Steamer + Fryer accessory kit provides you with even more grilling freedom and versatility. With the included fry basket and steamer insert, you can make french fries, fried clams, shrimp, boil pasta, and even steam lobsters or vegetables — the varieties are virtually endless. To equip, simply remove one of the grill grates and place the kit over one of the stainless steel burners (do not place on Sear Zone burner). When not in use, cover with the included stainless steel lid for added protection.
